WHERE/WHEN IS THE FESTIVAL?
The festival is taking place on Friday 7th & Saturday 8th of June 2024 at West Park Leeds RFC.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?
No, everyone is welcome. However if you are under 18 you will be given an u18 wristband. We operate a challenge 25 policy, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will need to provide ID in the form of a valid driving licence or passport.
WILL THERE BE PARKING?
Yes there will be, but places are limited. Parking tickets can be purchased for £5 prior to the event or on the door. Cars may be left overnight.
CAN I BRING ALCOHOL ONSITE?
No, all alcohol must be bought and consumed onsite. There will be multiple bars open from 11am until close.
CAN I BE READMITTED IF I LEAVE THE FESTIVAL?
You may be readmitted until 8pm, keep your wristband on to get back in!
HOW CAN I GET THERE?

CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE OR LEAVE MY BAG ANYWHERE?
We will operate a bag drop service for kit bags and valuables. Although plug sockets are available in the changing rooms we don't offer a charging service so we recommend you come with a charged phone.
SPORTS FAQs
CAN WE BRING ADDITIONAL SUPPORT STAFF?
With each team entry ticket you get access for your squad (10 or 12) and 2 or 3 members of staff. Attendees on staff tickets are not permitted to play. Additional support staff are welcome but must have purchased a standard entry festival ticket.
ARE THERE CHANGING FACILITIES ON SITE?
Yes there will be men's & women's changing rooms on site. These will not be monitored and are available to use at your own discretion. A bag drop will be available for kit bags & valuables.
CAN WE BRING A VEHICLE ON SITE?
No, unfortunately no vehicle movement is permitted onsite. Parking is available which can be purchased for £5 prior to the event or on the day.
DO WE NEED INSURANCE/PERMISSION?
It is the responsibility of the team to provide any playing insurance or necessary permissions from your sports governing body. Whilst all measures will be taken to ensure all competitions are safe and in compliance with any sport governance, the festival will not be responsible for any injuries sustained or penalty from your sport's union.
WILL THERE BE MEDICAL COVER?
Yes paramedic cover will be there on the day but we advise all teams to bring their own physios/first aiders.
