Jungle Sevens Team Camping Ts & Cs 2023.

GENERAL

​

1. Camping tickets alone do not grant the ticket holder access to the festival, a day ticket must also be bought.

2. Dangerous or violent behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the festival site.

3. Trespassing on adjoining private property will result in expulsion from the festival site.

4. Fly pitching or sale of any other goods or other unauthorised trading will result in immediate expulsion from the site.

5. Over 18s ONLY. ID may be required.

6. Tents will be removed if erected on fire lanes.

7. No tents will be allowed in the parking area.

8. Access and exit routes to the site must be kept clear at all times.

9. Any dangerous situations (fire, violence etc) are not to be tackled by visitors but reported to the Info Point, stewards, security guards or first-aiders.

10. Please note this is for participating teams and their supporters ONLY. 

11. Glamping not available.

12. No trailer tents, camper vans or caravans of any description are allowed on-site.

13. No tents or other camping equipment is provided by Jungle Sevens.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

 

1. No pets, sound systems, glass bottles, open fires, generators or tin foil barbecues are allowed on site. If you would like to come with someone who needs a guide dog, please get in touch with us.

2. No weapons or fireworks are allowed on site at any time.

3. Jungle Sevens has a strict no drugs policy. No drugs are allowed on site and all visitors may be subject to a bag and clothing search by registered security staff to ensure this is enforced.

4. No sky lanterns.

 

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION & SMOKING

 

1. Customers will be required to show their wristband when purchasing alcohol and, if deemed necessary by the bar staff, they may need to show ID.

2. Customers are not permitted to bring alcohol on site, it can be purchased from the festival bars.

3. No glass, including glass bottles are allowed on site.

4. Smoking will only be permitted in designated areas and we ask that all smoking is kept strictly to these areas. You will be asked to move if smoking outside of these areas.

5. No vaping inside buildings or structures.

 

PHOTOGRAPHING, FILMING & RECORDING

1. No unauthorised recordings of the event are permitted.

2. Cameras for personal use are allowed.

3. By attending the festival, attendees give permission for their image to be included without compensation in pictures, films, audio broadcasts or transmissions, as members of the “audience”.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

1. Ticket holders enter the site at their own risk.

2. Jungle Sevens accepts no liability for the loss or damage of vehicles, goods or other materials belonging to guests and crew attending Jungle 7s 2024.

 

NOTIFICATIONS OF CHANGES

​

1. Jungle Sevens reserves the right to make alterations to the published line-up and scheduled programme of events. Any required changes will not entitle ticket holders to any refund or reduction in prices.

2. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
